Andy Frederick, age 29 of Le Mars, IA passed away unexpectedly Monday, July 26, 2021 at his residence in Le Mars, IA. 

Memorial service will be 11a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2021 at Fisch Funeral Home & Monument in Remsen, Iowa.  Pastor Will Dole will officiate.  Burial will follow at the Remsen Cemetery.  Visitation with family present will be 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday. 

Andy was born Oct. 19, 1991 in Le Mars, IA, the son of Ed Frederick & Ellen (Van Severen) Plagman.  He was raised in Remsen and attended Remsen Union School.  He attended WITCC in Sioux City and received a degree in graphic design.  He then worked for Total Motors graphic design and then Preferred Auto Body & Graphics both in Le Mars. 

Andy loved to fish and watch all types of sports.  His favorite teams were the Green Bay Packers and Nebraska Corn Huskers.  He enjoyed stand-up comedy and spending time with his nieces. 

Survivors include his father Ed (Kelli) Frederick of Le Mars, IA; his mother Ellen (Larry) Plagman of Cleghorn, IA; his sister Emily Frederick and her daughter Nora of Remsen, IA; his brother, Adam (Lauren) Frederick and their daughters, Ava, Alivia and Everly of Remsen, IA; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents; 2 uncles, Clinton and Dennis Frederick; one cousin, Shaun Frederick.
