My parents Albert and Mildred Singer. Before farm days, Blanche and I were raised in same neighborhood in LeMars. We were March/June birthdays 1925. We would visit when I would be back in LeMars. We were one of the few cousins left in the Singer family. She will be missed.

I always enjoyed visiting with Blanche at all the graduation parties. We shared a love of cats and it was fun trading stories with her. I didn't realize we also shared a birthday. She was a very special person.

My sympathy to the family. My parents, Jess and Laura Wheeler, were close friends with Blanche's parents. I enjoyed visiting with Blanche on occasion about Union days with our parents. She was a special person.
