Earl loved baseball, playing cards, especially Pinochle and games with anyone who would play. Loved watching all his grandchildren in as many activities as he could get to. In his early years playing golf with brother Harry was a passion of his, and then again, in the later years, he enjoyed driving the cart and keeping our scores to keep us honest...He also enjoyed baking pies that Mom taught him how to make after she could no longer work in the kitchen.

Earl and Valjean had full, well lived lives! They were loved by all who met them.  Dads’ kind and gentle demeanor and Mom’s sense of humor and outlook on life made them quite the dynamic duo, which drew people in for their hospitality and friendship. They are both dearly missed!
