Celenia “Sally” Vallido McCoy, 76 of Remsen was admitted into the pearly gates of heaven surrounded by her family on Monday, September 17, 2018.  

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept 22, 2018 at Fisch Funeral Home & Monument in Remsen for those who wish to celebrate her incredible life. Anyone who wishes to attend is welcome. Visitation with family present will be 5-7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Sally was a woman of complete charm and compassion who touched the lives of many. A woman of countless accomplishments and talents, Sally will be fondly thought of most for her ability to light up any room, her fierce protection of those she loved, and a selflessness that rivaled the greatest.  

Her legacy will live on with her husband of 53 years James McCoy, her sons, James Jr.( Diana) of Anderson, CA, Thomas (Charlene) of Minot, ND; her 5 grandchildren, Jake, Ashley, Alli, Jared, and Alexia; 2 sisters, Nenita (Rudy) Aguilar, Leonor (Ben) Tan; one brother, Demetrio Vallido Jr.; one brother-in-law, John McCoy; also her close family member, Anna (Mike) Young;  

To have known Sally was to have known love, humor, and grace.
