Sandra Renne Anderson

Sandy was born July 16, 1964 at Rochester, MN, the daughter of Harold & Beverly (Lunke) Pearson.  She was raised in Pequot Lakes, MN and received her education from Pequot Lakes High School graduating in 1982.

On Dec. 13, 1986 she married Matthew Anderson at Pequot Lakes, MN.  The couple lived most of their lives in Remsen where Sandy owned and operated the Remsen Café for 22 years.  She then worked for the Plymouth County Sheriff Office in Le Mars, IA.

She was an avid animal lover, gardener, baker and cook.  She loved the outdoors and family.

Survivors include her husband Matthew of Remsen; son, Jared Anderson (Justine Hayslett) of Remsen and their children, Jhett & Jordhi; daughter, Jessica (Matthew) Struve of Hinton and their son, Ripton; three sisters, Kim (Mike) Hemmerich, Wendy Pearson, Kathy (Art) Blanchard; brother, Butch (Jennifer) Pearson; brother & sisters-in-law, Dave (Kelly) Anderson, Diane Anderson, Trish (Ron) Wurth; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her parents, Harold & Beverly Pearson; her sister, Sheryl Pearson; niece, Rebecca Anderson; father & mother-in-law, Richard and Marjorie Anderson.
