Scott Leonard

Scott Craig Leonard, age 36 of Sioux City, IA passed away Monday May 9, 2022.

A private service was held with burial that followed.

Scott was born Oct. 27, 1985 in Sioux City, IA, the son of Steve & Judy (Niggeling) Leonard.  Scott was raised and educated in Sioux City, graduating from East High School in 2004.  He then attended The University of Northern Iowa and graduated with a degree in accounting prior to obtaining his CPA License.  Scott was currently employed at Houlihan & Associates P.C as a CPA.

Scott enjoyed sporting events, concerts, music, weightlifting, the Chicago Cubs, Las Vegas Raiders and especially his two children.

Scott is survived by his daughter, Addisyn of Adel, IA; his son, Beau of Sioux City, IA; his parents, Steve & Judy Leonard of Sioux City, IA; his sister, Kristen (Jarrod) Phelps and their children, Easton & Aaliyah of Grinnell, IA; his paternal grandparents, Clyde & Jan Leonard of Sioux City, IA; Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded by his maternal grandparents, Tom & Hazel Niggeling.
